Ting Xi is the principal at Tingaroo Realty. With her own impressive real estate portfolio and a diverse career behind her, Ting has a uniquely well-rounded understanding of the real estate industry. After 10 years of personal property investment she realised this is where her passion lay and decided to use the knowledge she had accumulated to help others. 

Additionally, Ting holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Melbourne. After graduating she spent eight years in commercial banking with both CBA and NAB. As a senior business banking manager, she worked with a huge array of clients across many industries, from small businesses to large corporate clients, as well as high net worth individuals. She then spent three years in new residential property sales, working with market leading developers, and achieved the No.1 sales result at the Brisbane office of a national project marketing firm. Ting sells on average 60-80 properties a year, and days on market is as short as 21 days, which saves vendor significant amount of cost. 

Ting speaks both English and Mandarin and clients regularly comment on her professionalism and market knowledge. Her hands-on experience helps to ensure outstanding service from the very first point of contact onward.
